Power to appoint public warehouses
12. At any warehousing station, the 1[Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board] may, from time to time, appoint public warehouses wherein dutiable goods may be deposited without payment of customs-duty.
