LEVY OF, EXEMPTION FROM AND REPAYMENT OF, CUSTOMS-DUTIES

Optional pre-shipment Inspection.

1[2[25B. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, it is optional for the importers to have their importable goods inspected by a pre-shipment inspection agency before or at the time of shipment of those goods on board a vessel, aircraft or other conveyance.]
