79F. (1) Where at any time the Commissioner of Customs having jurisdiction is satisfied that a person who is a registered user of a ¹[Customs computer] system has- (a) failed to comply with a condition of registration imposed by the said Commissioner under section 79C (3) of this Act; or (b) failed to comply with, or acted in contravention of, any conditions imposed by the said Commissioner under section 79D(3) of this Act in relation to the use and security of the registered user's unique user identifier; or (c) has been convicted of an offence under this Act in relation to improper access to or interference with a ²[Customs computer] system,- the said Commissioner may cancel the registration of that individual as a registered user by giving notice in writing to that person setting out the reasons for the cancellation.
