WAREHOUSING
1[86A. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act regarding execution of a bond in relation to clearance of goods for warehousing, the Board or a Commissioner of Customs authorised in this behalf by the Board, may, in addition to requiring execution of bond, direct that a bank guarantee, for an amount not exceeding the duties leviable on the goods, be furnished in such manner as may be prescribed.]
