90. (1) Whenever any goods are lodged in a public warehouse or a licensed private warehouse, the warehouse-keeper shall deliver a warrant signed by him as such to the person lodging the goods. (2) Such warrant shall be in such form as the Board may from time to time prescribe, and shall be transferable by the endorsement; and the endorsee shall be entitled to receive the goods specified in such warrant on the same terms as those on which the person who originally lodged the goods would have been entitled to receive the same. (3) The Board may, by notification in the official Gazette, exempt any class of goods from the operation of this section.
