WAREHOUSING

Power to add, alter or relax the condition, etc.
1[119A. The 2[Board] may, by notification in the official Gazette, add or alter any condition or requirement contained in any provision of this chapter, and if it considers expedient, relax any provision thereof, to meet any special requirement.]
