5. (1) All contributions received under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 shall be deducted, at the source, from the salaries of the Railway Servants. (2) The ¹[Board] shall maintain the accounts of the Fund. (3) Audit of all sums credited to, and expenditure from, the Fund shall be conducted by such authority and in such manner as may be prescribed.
