Any sum due as rent or premium in respect of any property owned by, and under the management of the Board, if not paid within thirty days of its having become due, may, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, for the time being in force, be recovered as arrear of land revenue under the ¹[* * *] Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913 (Bengal Act III of 1913).
