13. (1) No suit or legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or a Local Authority in respect of anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Ordinance. (2) No suit, prosecution or legal proceeding shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Ordinance.
