16. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under Article 7 or Article 15 of this Order may, within one month of such order, file an appeal before such authority as may be prescribed.
(2) The Government may, either of its own motion or on application, at any time, revise any order passed under Article 7 or Article 15 or clause (1) of this Article.
