14. (1) If a Director becomes subject to any of the disqualifications specified in Article 13, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office as such and thereupon his office shall become vacant. (2) A Director may resign his office by giving notice thereof in writing to the Government and on such resignation being accepted by the Government shall be deemed to have vacated his office. (3) Where any vacancy occurs in the office of a Director, it shall be filled in accordance with Article 10.
