The Bangladesh Industrial Enterprises (Nationalisation) Order, 1972 (President's Order)

7. The Government may, by rules, modify in their application to any scheduled industrial enterprise 1[or, as the case may be, the industrial enterprises placed under a Corporation by an order under clause (1) of Article 10] any of the provisions of the Companies Act, 1913 (Act VII of 1913), or of any rules made thereunder.
