The Bangladesh Industrial Enterprises (Nationalisation) Order, 1972 (President's Order)

26. 1[(1)]The Government may, by order 2[* * *], transfer to a Corporation such portions of the property, assets and liabilities, and such officers and employees of the Bangladesh Industrial Development Corporation as the Government deem fit on terms and conditions to be determined by the Government.
 
 
 
 
3[(2) The Government may also, by an order, 4[* * *] transfer to a Corporation such portion of the property, assets and liabilities and such officers and employees belonging to the Government as it may deem fit on terms and conditions to be determined by the Government.]
