The Bangladesh Insurance (Emergency Provisions) Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 30 OF 1972 )

[ 26th March, 1972 ]

1. (1) This Order may be called the Bangladesh Insurance (Emergency Provisions) Order, 1972.
 
 
 
 
(2) It shall extend to the whole of Bangladesh.
 
 
 
 
(3) It shall apply to all Insurers as defined hereunder.
 
 
 
 
(4) It shall come into force at once.
