The Bangladesh Names and Emblems (Prevention of Unauthorised Use) Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 45 OF 1972 )

[ 17th May, 1972 ]

1. (1) This Order may be called the Bangladesh Names and Emblems (Prevention of Unauthorised Use) Order, 1972.
 
 
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh and applies to all citizens of Bangladesh wherever they may be.
 
 
 
 
(3) It shall come into force at once.
