The Bangladesh Legal Practitioner's and Bar Council Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( ACT NO. 46 Of 1972 )

4. Save as provided in Article 7 in respect of the first Bar Council, the term of the Bar Council be three years beginning on the first day of 1[July] following the general elections to the Bar Council; and at the end of each terms the members of the Bar Council shall cease to hold office.
