Exercise through others of powers conferred on Court
15. The Court may exercise all or any powers conferred on it by this Act 1[through the Commissioners of the Divisions and the Collectors] of the districts in which any part of the property of the disqualified proprietor may be situated, or through any other person whom it may appoint for such purpose.
