Control by Court
68. All orders or proceedings 1[of the Commissioner and] of the Collector under this Act shall be subject to the supervision and control of the Court ; and the Court may, if it thinks fit, revise, modify or reverse any such order or proceeding, whether an appeal is presented against such order or proceeding or otherwise.
