The Census Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 70 OF 1972 )

2. In this Order, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-
 
 
 
 
(a) “Census Officer” means any person appointed under Article 4;
 
 
 
 
(b) “Government” means the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh; and
 
 
 
 
(c) “Prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Order.
