3. (1) On the coming into force of this Order, there shall be established a corporation to be called the Bangladesh (Freedom Fighters) Welfare Trust.
(2) The Trust shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall by its name sue and be sued.
