The Bangladesh (Freedom Fighters) Welfare Trust Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 94 OF 1972 )

[ 7th August, 1972 ]

8. 1[(1) The 2[Chairman] and other Trustees shall hold office for such period and on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.]
 
 
3[(2) The Government may, at any time, remove any Trustee, other than an ex-officio Trustee, without assigning any reason.]
