The Bangladesh Scouts Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 111 OF 1972 )

2. The Bangladesh Scouts 1[* * *] shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the rules made or deemed to have been made under 2[Article 4], to acquire, hold and dispose of property, movable or immovable, 3[* * *] and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
