The Bangladesh Committee of Management (Temporary Arrangement) Order, 1972 (P.O.)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 117 OF 1972 )

3. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, or in any rule, regulation, bye-law, 1[document] or in any memorandum or articles of association, or any deed or instrument, the Government may, if it is of opinion that it is necessary in the public interest, so to do, by an order in writing, dissolve a committee of management of an institution and appoint an Ad hoc Committee 2[or Administrator] for that institution.
 
 
(2) Upon the appointment of such Ad hoc Committee 3[or Administrator], the Committee of management, shall stand dissolved.
 
 
(3) An Ad hoc Committee appointed under clause (1) shall consist of such number of members as may be specified in the order and one such member may be appointed by the Government as Chairman of the Ad hoc Committee.
