The Bangladesh Committee of Management (Temporary Arrangement) Order, 1972 (P.O.)

4. The members of the Ad hoc Committee shall, unless sooner replaced by another Ad hoc Committee, hold office until replaced by a Committee of management of the institution elected, nominated or appointed under the appropriate provision of law, rule, bye-law 1[, document] or memorandum of association, as the case may be.
