BUSINESS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE BANK

1[22. The Bank shall sell to or buy from any authorised dealer in Bangladesh approved foreign exchange at such rates of exchange and on such conditions as it may determine Pursuant to its monetary and exchange rate policy.]
