1[36A. The Board may, for the purpose of signing any loan agreement with any foreign loan giving agency or any paper connected therewith outside Bangladesh, by a resolution, delegate to the head of the Bangladesh Consulate or Mission or any officer of the Bangladesh Consulate or Mission posted in that country, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified therein, such of its powers under this Order as it may deem necessary.]
