The Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha Order, 1972 (President's Order)

41. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Order, the Government may make 1[such order], not inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, as may appear to it to be necessary for the purposes of removing the difficulty.
