Penalty for making or signing false certificate
29. Whoever wilfully signs or makes, or procures the signing or making of, a false certificate or duplicate certificate under this Act, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description, within the meaning of the [Penal Code], for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one hundred Taka, or with both.
