1[9.(1) There shall be a Chairman and such number of Directors of the Corporation, as the Government may determine.
(2) The Chairman shall be the Chief Executive of the Corporation.
(3) The Chairman and the Directors shall be appointed by the Government for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be determined.
(4) The Chairman and the Directors shall be whole-time officers of the Corporation and shall exercise functions and discharge such duties as may be prescribed.]
