The Bangladesh Rifles Order, 1972 (President's Order)

7. The superintendence of the Force shall vest in the Government and the Force shall be administered, commanded and controlled by the 1[Director-General] in accordance with the provisions of this Order and any rules made thereunder and such orders and instructions as may be made or issued by the Government from time to time.
