The Bangladesh Rifles Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 148 OF 1972 )

[ 15th December, 1972 ]

10. Every persons subject to this Order shall be entitled to receive his discharge from the Force on the expiration of the period for which he was appointed or enrolled and may, before the expiration of that period, be discharged from the Force by the Government, 1[Director-General] or such other officer and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
