¹[11A. Any subordinate officer, Rifleman or Signalman sentenced under this Order to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months shall, when he is also dismissed from the Force, be imprisoned in the nearest or such other Jail as the Government may, by general or special order, direct, but when he is not also dismissed from the Force, he may, if the convicting Court or the Magistrate so directs, be confined in the quarter-guard or such other place as such Court or Magistrate may deem fit.]
