The Representation of the People Order, 1972 (President's Order)

Chapter III

ELECTION

1[13A. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Order, no person may at the same time be a candidate for more than 2[three] constituencies.

(3) If a person is at the same time a candidate for more than 4[three] constituencies, all his nomination papers in respect of all the constituencies shall be void].
