ELECTION
15. (1) The Returning Officer shall, after the scrutiny of nomination papers, prepare and publish in the prescribed manner a list of candidates who have been validly nominated.
(2) In case an appeal against 1[the decision of the Returning Officer on] a nomination paper has been accepted by the Commission, the list of validly nominated candidates shall be revised accordingly.
