The Ministers, Ministers of State and Deputy Ministers (Remuneration and Privileges) Act, 1973

Medical facilities
1[13.(1) A Minister, Minister of State or Deputy Minister and his family shall be entitled to such medical facilities as may be prescribed by rules made under this Act.
 
(2) Until rules are made under sub-section (1), Medical Attendance Rules, 1950 shall be applicable to a Minister, Minister of State or Deputy Minister and his family.]
