The Insurance Corporations Act, 1973

Returns, etc.
21. (1) Each Corporation shall furnish to the Government such returns, reports and statements as the Government may from time to time require.
 
 
 
 
(2) Each Corporation shall furnish to the Government and the 1[Chief Controller of Insurance], within six months of the close of each year, the audited accounts, statements and abstracts referred to in section 19, together with a report on the working of the Corporation during that year.
 
 
 
 
(3)The copies of the audited accounts and annual report received by the Government under sub-section (2) shall be published in the official Gazette and shall be laid before Parliament.
