Committees of the Institute
11. (1) The Board may, from time to time, appoint such committees as may be necessary to discharge such functions as may be assigned to them by the Board or to assist the 1[Director-General] in the performance of his functions.
 
 
 
 
(2) Each committee shall be headed by a Chairman and shall consist of such members as may be determined by the Board.
 
 
 
 
(3) The Chairman and members of a committee shall hold office for such period as the Board may determine.
