Penalty for printing or publishing in contravention of the provisions of this Act
32. Whoever shall edit, print or publish any newspaper in contravention of the provisions of this Act or whoever shall edit, print or publish, or shall cause to be edited, printed or published, any newspaper, knowing that the said provisions have not been observed with respect to that newspaper shall be punishable with fine not exceeding Taka 1[five thousand], or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or with both.
