The Registrar
15. (1) The Registrar shall be the secretary to the Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council. He shall maintain a register of Registered Graduates in accordance with the Statutes and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the University Ordinances.
(2) All contracts shall be signed by the Registrar on behalf of the University.
