(1) All recognised teaching in connection with the University courses shall be conducted by the University and shall include lectures and work in the laboratories or workshops and other teaching conducted by the teachers thereof in such manner as may be prescribed by the University Ordinances. (2) The Authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be prescribed by the Statutes. (3) The courses and curricula shall be prescribed by the University Ordinances and the Regulations. (4) Recognised teaching shall be supplemented by tutorial instructions to be given in accordance with conditions as may be provided by the University Ordinances and Regulations.
