Officers of the University
9. The following shall be the officers of the University:-
 
 
 
 
(a) the Chancellor;
 
 
 
 
(b) the Vice-Chancellor;
 
 
 
 
(c) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;
 
 
 
 
(d) the Treasurer;
 
 
 
 
(e) the Deans;
 
 
 
 
(f) the Registrar;
 
 
 
 
(g) the Director of Students Counselling and Guidance;
 
 
(h) the Provosts;
 
 
 
 
(i) the Proctor;
 
 
 
 
(j) the Deputy Registrar (Academic);
 
 
 
 
(k) the Deputy Registrar (Administration);
 
 
 
 
(l) the University Engineer;
 
 
 
 
1[(m) the Director (Planning and Development);]
 
 
 
 
(n) the Comptroller;
 
 
 
 
(o) the Librarian; and
 
 
 
 
(p) such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
