Disputes to the Constitution of Authorities and bodies
47. If, in the absence of any clear provisions in this Act, the Statutes or the University Ordinances, any question arises as to whether any person is entitled to be a member of any Authority or of any other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
