Anything done or action taken or purported to have been done or taken by any Ad hoc Committee or the Council constituted by the Government under notification No. SEC-XII/IM-132/72/318(50), dated the 27th March, 1972, issued by the Ministry of Trade and Commerce, after the 16th day of December, 1971, and before the commencement of this Order, shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken, and shall have and shall be deemed always to have had effect accordingly, and shall not be called in question in any court.
