The Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Order, 1973 (President's Order).

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 7 OF 1973 )

[ 3rd February, 1973 ]

1[11. (1) The Government may appoint such number of Deputy Managing Director and of General Manager as per the organogram of the Corporation and the terms and conditions of their services shall be determined by it.

(2) The Corporation may appoint such number of officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions, according to the organogram approved by the Government and the terms and conditions of their services shall be prescribed by regulations.]
