The Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Order, 1973 (President's Order).

1[29A. For the purpose of the Income-tax Ordinance, 1984 (Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984), the Corporation shall be deemed to be a Company within the meaning of that Ordinance, and shall be liable to Income-tax and minimum tax accordingly on its income, profits and gains.]
