12. (1) The Chairman, members, officers and other employees of the Commission shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Order shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the
Penal Code, 1860.
(2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Commission, the Chairman, members or officers and other employees of the Commission in respect of anything done or intended to be done, in good faith, under this Order.
