15. The General Body shall, in the First Annual General Meeting elect, from amongst the delegates present in the meeting, the Vice-Chairman of the Society and twelve members of the Managing Board for a term of three years:
 
 
Provided that such elected persons shall hold office as long as they continue to be members of the Society :
