The Bangladesh Red Crescent Society Order, 1973 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 26 OF 1973 )

[ 31st March, 1973 ]

8. There shall be a General Body consisting of-
 
 
 
 
(a) delegates of the Units to be nominated in such manner and for such term as may be prescribed;
 
 
 
 
(b) the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, the Treasurer of the Society;
 
 
(c) members of the Managing Board;
 
 
 
 
1[(d) one representative each from the Ministries of Health and Population Control, Social Welfare and Women Affairs and Relief and Rehabilitation and the Defence Division to be nominated by the respective Ministry or Division.]
