11. (1) The Chairman shall be the Chief Executive of the Society, and in the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall perform the functions of the Chairman. (2) The Treasurer shall control the funds and finances of the Society and shall ensure maintenance of proper accounts for purposes of audit. (3) The accounts of the Society shall be audited annually by an auditor being a Chartered Accountant within the meaning of the Bangladesh Chartered Accountants Order, 1973 (P. O. No. 2 of 1973) appointed by the Managing Board for the purpose, and shall be maintained, and presented for audit, in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
