The Bangladesh Red Crescent Society Order, 1973 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 26 OF 1973 )

1[23. (1) The Managing Board may, with the previous approval of the President, make rules, not inconsistent with this Order, to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Order.
 
 
 
 
(2) All rules made under this Article shall be published in the official Gazette and shall come into force on such publication.]
